The Little Extras- The real magic is in the details!

Pin trading- Disney cast members wear small pouches or lanyards with special Disney pins. They will trade pins with any park guest. Buy your pins in the park, or before you go. Hunting for a special pin and creating a collection is a favorite family activity for my group.

Family Shirts- Matching family vacation t-shirts are the current rage at Disney. Family shirts can be cute, sweet or often very funny! Plenty of options are available these days at stores like The Disney Store, Target or Kohls. Etsy is a great resource for customized options. Or for those of you with a crafting bug, try making your own!

Costumes and Disney Bounding- Children are always allowed to dress up in their favorite character costumes in any Disney park. What little princess (or price) doesn't want to look the part on their park days! Adults however can only dress in costume for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party nights. If you want to get in on the action with your little ones, we suggest Disney Bounding. This is the adult version of a costume where your daily cloths mimic the costume of your favorite character. Think along the lines of red shorts with a black t shirt for Mickey or a yellow sun dress for Belle.

Harmony Barber Shop- Want to treat your little ones to a special first hair cut? Make a reservation for a hair cut, complete with added pixi dust in Disney's full service barber shop on Main Street in the Magic Kingdom. .

Best snacks- When it comes to snacking, you can't go wrong at Disney. Dole Whips are the classic favorite, but new additions like the giant Mickey Donuts (MK), the Hazelnut Pop tarts (toy story land) and the specialty drinks at Pongu Pongu (AK) are all new favorites of ours. In Epcot, you can't really go wrong anywhere, there are so many options to choose from! And the refillable popcorn buckets in all parks are always a go to recommendation for me.

Resort day activities- Every resort has a daily schedule of events they are hosting for their guests. It may be outdoor movies, s'mores, arts and crafts or trivia. It changes daily and varies at each resort. Ask me for what your resort activities are!

Disney Springs Activities- Disney springs is more than just good shopping and eating! You can catch live musical acts, performers, and more all around the complex. Splitsville offers fun family bowling and dining. The new NBA experience gives guests the ability to see what its like to be a real NBA star. Into gaming? The Void is a virtual reality experience that lets guest have the change to be immersed in an interactive gaming experience.
